- Storage Fees: If the delivery destination is not ready and the customer requests storage for a specific period, or if 15 days have passed from the order date, a storage fee of 0.5% of the invoice value will be charged daily.
- Shipment Damage: Alhalees Group is not responsible for any damage to goods during shipping.
- Shipment Refusal: If a customer refuses to receive a shipment that meets the specified requirements, they will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the shipment does not meet the specifications, the company will bear the shipping costs.
